We the swasthyalipi group under the leadership of Dr. Pulak Kumar Jana; MBBS, MD (Public Health Consultant) has developed windows application for  health monitoring of individual as well as whole family in a digital way. A medical, paramedical or any clinical establishment can use our combined  application which includes Family Identification details, Nutritional assessment & Recommendation, Immunization status & Recommendation, Periodic health check up, Health Education and Medical Calculator for better monitoring of Health details of individual member or for the whole family. A non-medical person can use Diet Survey, Anthropometric measurement & Growth chart, Immunization Status & Recommendation, Health Education Module for better monitoring of their health in a digitalised way.
